I’m only mentioning this story because I’ve been reading a lot about Vietnam recently since I’m considering relocating there, along with several other places in Asia and Europe. Nokia Siemens Networks won a contract to build a 3G network for Viettel, the largest operator in that country. Delivery of equipment begins this month and the network is supposed to go live early next year. How much money changed hands was not reported. [Via: Wall Street Journal]
