AT&T Social Net

AT&T Social Net is the carrier’s brand new application designed to allow users to connect to popular social networking services such as Facebook, MySpace and Twitter, as well as access news feeds, — all from a single screen.

The app features a carousel menu, enabling users to view and manage their social communities, communicate and track events in real time, and get live news feeds from over 35 sites. Feature wise, you can use AT&T Social Net to see and respond to tweets, update status, post to walls, comment on profiles and photos, and so on. The application works in a background, so it can notify you on updates to your social networking accounts even when closed. When certain actions like comments from a friend, new wall posts or photo updates occur, users will receive a pop-up notification with an option to launch the application and check their updates…

Interested? AT&T Social Net works on about 20 phones from the carrier’s portfolio and is available as a free download from the AT&T MEdia Mall.
