Movement application lets Mac owners rearrange icons

Mac developer Jeff Stieler created an application called Movement to allow for rearranging of icons on your iPhone or iPod Touch. The free application is Mac only at the moment, and also requires a jailbroken device. If you ever needed a reason to “go against the Apple’s way,” now’s your chance. Alternatively, you may want to wait for iTunes 9, which reportedly will integrate the same functionality. With growing number of apps all of us have installed on the iPhone/iPod Touch, I’m not sure I’m willing to wait. But there’s a catch – I don’t have a Mac. 🙁

And a short video demoing Movement in action (sounds crazy) follows after the jump. Enjoy!
