Sirius XM Radio unveils XM SkyDock for iPhone

Sirius XM Radio unveiled XM SkyDock, an iPhone/iPod Touch accessory that allows users to listen to their favorite satellite radio while on the go. The device will come in pair with a dedicated application, which will be used to control it. Moreover, it will use Sirius XM’s patent-pending PowerConnect technology for simplifying vehicle installation that works through the existing vehicle radio. This is done using Aux In Cable for vehicles that support Aux In connections, as well as Magnetic Mount Antenna and spacers to accommodate the various iPod Touch and iPhone product generations.

As for availability, XM SkyDock will hit the stores at some point this fall, when interested users will be able to grab it for $119.99…
