Samsung S5500E Lydford

Samsung is out with another eco-friendly device called S5500E Lydford. The somewhat stylish slider is made out of recycled materials and also packaged in recycled paper. In addition, there’s the built-in alarm that lets you know when the phone is fully charged, so you can save some electricity. BTW: many Nokia phones come with this feature, too.

As for the specs, the Samsung S5500E Lydford sports a 2.2-inch QVGA screen, HSDPA connectivity, and a 3-megapixel camera. Exact release date and price are unknown at the moment, but I’m sure we’ll get that information in no time. Stay tuned…
