The NHL season is fast approaching, and it’s time for hockey fans around the world to get together and startup their hockey pools. Pick your players, hold your draft, and hopefully at the end of the year you take home top honors!
With NHL hockey pools clearly on-the-brain, I thought I’d tell you about a nifty little app to help you organize your own teams. Called ‘NHL Draft Kit’, this new app from Cerebral Gardens allows you to enter your pool rules, manage multiple pools, manage players, and much more. 2008-2009 season stats are included to help you make your picks for the upcoming season. The developers at Cerebral Gardens call this one the ‘ultimate cheat sheet’, as it takes only a few seconds to calculate and index player rankings each time you change up your pool criteria. Slick.
