We had heard Verizon’s XV6975 (better known as the HTC Imagio/Whitestone) would be hitting shelves on October 6th., which has just been further confirmed by this spick-and-span picture straight from VZ’s internal equipment guide. Still no word on pricing, but we hear it’ll be packing a 5 megapixel camera, WVGA 800 x 480 touchscreen, dual-mode CDMA/GSM support, a standard 3.5mm headphone jack and TouchFlo 3D user interface on top of Windows Mobile 6.5. While the Imagio might not bring the thunder like the HTC Leo, it should provide a nice high-end smartphone option until Leo finds its way to this side of the pond.
