Sony Ericsson's MH-100 Stereo Bluetooth Dongle Going for $100-120

The other day I got a chance to play with an upcoming Sony Ericsson accessory currently called the MH-100, which promises to turn any set of standard headphones into Stereo Bluetooth-capable ones. The MH-100 is a simple clip-on dongle with a touch sensitive volume bar on one side, music controls on the other, call button on the front, and multicoloured LEDs beneath the front face to indicate volume levels. You can see it briefly in action in some videos; one from way back in May, and another from a little more recently, or my crummy Palm Pre pictures below. The only comparable accessory that comes to mind is Jabra BT3030, but I’d much rather go with this clip design than dogtags, mostly since it’s one less string to get tangled. According the filings that recently went through the FCC, the MH-100 will be shipping with the Aino, but if you want to pick this one up separately, I was told it will be available for $100-120.

This is nothing new. Sony already has 4 or 5 of these clip on bt dongles of various shapes and sizes. Most let you use your own earphones. I had of them up until recently. Sounded great, but not much point when you can strap your music player to your arm and run your cables as far as you would plugging into the bt dongle.

My MH-100 doesn't wont to play sound through the earphone , but radio work the incoming call and the rest, I can change the song and pause them with the MH-100 but no sound. So please help me , I used it only 2 days.

My phone and can detect the headset, volume can control by headset but the play button doesnt funtion..why???any 1 can help??

mine works fine. hold down the power button on the headset and keep it held down while you search for devices with your phone. easy

to reset, just press and hold on the power button for at least 5 seconds until the blinking green and blue lights appear

i am using this blue tooth device, it is awesome guys , no matter what kind of mobile you are using, it just have Bluetooth. your MH100 will work efficiently..
right now i am using it with Nokia 5230 and it is working greatly….
i think all express music mobile support play/pause function of this device..

to all of you who doesnt know how to pair… just press the power until the phone finds it… that simple… dont unpress if the phone doesnt find it… good luck to all
