Tide Stain Brain

Procter & Gamble is extending its marketing to the iPhone platform. The company has launched the free “Tide Stain Brain” application, allowing consumers to find and share ways to remove stains at home while on-the-go.

The application provides users with step-by-step cleaning instructions from the experts at Tide to get answers before stains have a chance to set in. Moreover, it allows users to share their own tips and tricks with the other folks who have downloaded Stain Brain.

Again, I see a mobile app as a nice way to extend the marketing campaign and in that sense I salute P&G for taking that extra step. AppStore link is here.
