Verizon Wireless has issued a new press release touting the MOTO DROID as a small business’ best friend. The carrier pointed few of the features small businesses should find useful:
- Multitasking – not surprisingly it’s the first on the list as “iPhone can’t do that”
- “Exceptional web browsing” – big screen and stuff
- “Optimized communications” – integrated GMail and MS Exchange support
- Visual Voice Mail capabilities
- GPS navigation – with Google Maps. Verizon also added that you can buy a vehicle mount for the DROID for $29.99.
- Thousands of applications to choose from – among which Verizon points to such apps like Documents To Go, FlightStats, Mobile Banking by Bank of America, USA Today and AP Mobile, NYC Subway Map, Tag-ToDo-List, Hotels Near Me, and WHERE for finding out what is nearby.
