BlackBerry-Kindle

The big book readers in the house should take note that Amazon’s Kindle page is listing an unannounced BlackBerry application as “coming soon”. An iPhone app has been available since the Spring, and since the BlackBerry version is listed alongside it, we can assume some similar functionality, like shop for books in Amazon’s impressive library, syncing with books you’ve already bought on the Kindle e-book reader, check reviews, and, of course, read your books. There’s no release date, but who knows, maybe we’ll see something at CES next month.
