Nokia Image Exchange for S60 5th Edition

Nokia Image Exchange is no longer a non-touch “thing,” only. The application has been released in early beta for touch-enabled Symbian S60 5th Edition devices. According to the “official post” from Nokia Beta Labs, this version has limited functionality and UI that is far from perfect — auto-rotate feature is not there, for instance.

The point of the beta release is to get some early feedback and allow users to suggest features for the non-beta version. Moreover, I would expect to see more feature-packed beta versions being released by Nokia Beta Labs, until the final app is ready for the general public.

If all this sounds compelling to you and you also happen to own an S60 touch-enabled device, hop over to imageexchange.nokia.com and grab the app from there. Hopefully, you will be one of those people whose 2 cents will help Nokia make a better app. ;)

In the meantime, check out a short demo video of Nokia Image Exchange for S60 touch devices after the jump.
