imageshack-uploader-2-iphone-2Until now, there weren’t any iPhone Twitter apps that could upload both pics and vids to your Twitter account, but ImageShack is changing all that today with the release of ImageShack Uploader 2.0 for iPhone. The new version of ImageShack’s media upload tool not only makes it easy to take and upload photos to Twitter, but also allows the user to record and upload video clips directly to the social network service via yfrog. Or if Twitter isn’t your style, you can upload your pics to ImageShack, videos to YouTube, or share any media via email.

If you have an iPhone 3GS, you’ll be able to use ImageShack Uploader 2.0 to record and preview videos through the in-app video tool. The app gives users multiple login options and allows them to browse through their online ImageShack photo library in addition to the local iPhone photo gallery. The iPhone app is free and available from the AppStore (iTunes link) now.

With the growing popularity of social networks, like Twitter and YouTube, it’s no longer enough to just share thoughts with your friends/followers. If you’re serious about social media, you’ll need to share rich-tweets through photos and video. For those of you that fall into this category of tweeple, you’re only option to share all your media via Twitter is the ImageShack Uploader 2.0 app.
