BlackBerry users can now download a free version of BeWeather in App World. Named ‘BeWeather Free’ (brilliant), the app brings forth many of the features you find in the full version… But of course, you’re not going to get everything you do with the paid app.
The free edition is actually ad-free (awesome), and delivers current conditions, including the temperature, wind speed and direction, dew point, humidity and more. You can also easily view a 5-day forecast with hi/low temps and precipitation probability.
The full version delivers many more features including a 7-day forecast, 24-hour forecast, 7 different views, GPS location tracking, sunrise/sunset times, weather advisories (US only) and much more.
