Deutsche Telekom: We need more bitches up in this management hizzouse

Deutsche Telekom Germany, otherwise known as T-Mobile, will be instituting a quota, more accurately described as goal, to have 30% of their upper a middle management positions be filled by women by the year 2015. “Having a greater number of women at the top will quite simply enable us to operate better” said CEO René Obermann.

And he’s right too. When the women are on top it gives you the freedom to use your hands to do other things. Wink Wink, Nudge Nudge.

“It is a matter of social fairness and a categorical necessity for our success.”

Bullshit. Get the best people for the job, white, black, male, female, males who like to wear panties and put on lipstick before going to a bar on the outskirts of town to try to pick up some truckers, females who like to dominate their male lovers with a strap on, whatever, it doesn’t matter. Instituting some silly quota is pure public relations. I’m actually surprised to discover that Norway has a 40% female quote rule for state owned companies. Whatever happened to letting these sorts of things happen naturally? Does equality really need to be pushed onto people?
