AdMob has unveiled agenda for its upcoming Developer Day, which takes place in San Mateo on March 25th (and which we’ve already announced at IntoMobile). Here’s what they’ll talk about starting at 1pm:

  • Implementing AdMob iPhone and Android SDKs
  • New AdMob Publisher Tools and Features
  • Developer Tips: Ad Placement and Best Practices
  • Introduction to the AdWhirl Open Source Mediation Layer
  • Promoting Your App: Utilizing House Ads and a Developer Case Study

At 7pm, AdMob will hold an interactive Q&A session with its founder and CEO, Omar Hamoui, followed by panel of industry experts talking about what’s next with app monetization, discovery, and mobile business models. Confirmed panelists include Matt Murphy (manager of the iFund at KPCB), Jonathan Goldberg of Deutsche Bank, Rich Wong of Accel, and Matt Marshall of VentureBeat.

If all this sounds compelling enough, you can RSVP via the AdMob Meetup group, and/or fill a brief anonymous survey which results will be shared with everyone during the Developer Day.

The "convergence" is what he's most excited about, and writing about it is the next logical thing to do. He thinks that using a smartphone is what everyone who cares about their time should do. In addition to his interests in mobile phones, Dusan also loves to experiment with the latest web and mobile 2.0 services. The idea of accessing and managing your information from any device no matter where you are simply amazes him. Whether it's an online to-do list, note taking service or a video sharing social network, he's there to try it out. He admits though, he's still searching for the ultimate web-based organizational tool, which "sings" perfectly with the mobile PIM application.
