Obama for Android App

Big fan of President Obama? Have an Android-powered device? If you answered a resounding YES to both questions, do I have an app for you to try out today…

New from the developers at Swiss CodeMonkeys comes the aptly named ‘Obama for Android’ app. This one basically aggregates all President Obama news in one handy package, and delivers it to you in real time. Get live updates via Twitter, view President Obama’s photostream on flickr, read news and the latest blog posts, watch videos, and more.

If you’re thinking this sounds ‘neat’ but you would never pay a dime for something like this… Don’t worry, this one is free.

If you’d rather just follow the guy on Twitter, I’d suggest following @BarackObama and @WhiteHouse.

Note: The developers also have an awesome ‘Chuck Norris Facts‘ app for Android. It’s a freebie too… you know, if you get a laugh from that kind of stuff :)

    Hey guys,

In Chrome, I see the “app” in “do I have an app for you to try out toda” linkified. When I click on it, I am taken to a beauty supply ad.

This is egregiously dumb and asinine behavior. I am hopeful it was a mistake and you will apologize for it.

It’s crap behavior like that that usually keeps me and many others adblocking.
