LinkedIn for BlackBerry

If you’ve been among the many just sitting there patiently, hoping and waiting for a LinkedIn app to become available for BlackBerry… My friend, today is your lucky day. Within the past 24 hours a new LinkedIn app for BlackBerry has been released! This first release supports the Tour, Bold and Curve series running OS 4.3 or newer, and promises to bring all of the LinkedIn goodness you’re accustomed to seeing on your web browser… to your BlackBerry handheld. Pop it open and you’ll get much of the functionality you’re used to, including network updates, connections, invitations, messages and a powerful search. You’ll also notice that the app has a stunningly similar interface to another very popular BlackBerry app…. any guesses? :)

At any rate, if you’re big into LinkedIn and pack a Berry, don’t waste any time. Head on over to LinkedIn or point your BlackBerry browser to linkedin.com/blackberry for all the details… and YES, this is of course a free download :)
