Digital Chocolate is known for its rollercoaster game series, which apparently is so successful that they keep launching new titles like all the time. The latest one is called New York Rollercoaster Rush and as you can guess for yourself, it sees you rolling in the Big Apple. The familiar gameplay is preserved and it’s your mission to accelerate and decelerate, trying to maximize your speed whilst avoiding an accident. Moreover, you can either play in a single-player Career mode, or trying to beat you friends’ best time.

There are three locations to race around – Central Park, downtown Manhattan, and uptown suburbs, where you will race both during the day and at night. Along the way, you will slide near famous landmarks such as the Statue of Liberty.

New York Rollercoaster Rush is already available for the iPhone and iPod Touch, as well as other mobile devices.

And for the record, Digital Chocolate’s earlier rollercoaster titles include (AppStore link) the original Rollercoaster Rush, 3D version, Jurassic, Jurassic 2, Haunted and Santa’s Rollercoaster Rush.
