Not too much to say here, other than if you want a Smartphone on a budget, then the HP iPAQ Voice Messenger might be the one for you. For £99.99, you can get hold of this WinMo-powered smartphone (OK, so perhaps that’s not a selling points as such), but it is the essence of practicality as there’s a QWERTY keyboard – good for bashing out texts and emails
