The Palm Pixi Plus will be going live with Vodafone Spain on May 10 for those who have been looking for an alternative to the Pre on Movistar. This is yet another step in Palm’s ongoing spread across Europe, which has to date included France, Germany, the UK, and more. The Pixi Plus crams a fair bit into a small package: Wi-Fi, GPS, 2 megapixel camera, and a 2.6″ 320 x 400 display. All of the usual goodies, like Synergy, which pulls information from your social networks, card view for multitasking, and the slowly growing App Catalog are all there.
There’s no mention of price, but considering Sprint is offering it for free on contract now, Vodafone probably won’t be charging an arm and a leg for the Pixi Plus. If you’re in the market, keep an eye out on the Vodafone Spain website for the launch on May 10.
