While news of the White BlackBerry Bold 9700 going live in Canada is great for sure, many of us are still using the tried-and-true Bold 9000. If this includes you, a new OS has leaked out for your Bold. OS 5.0.0.681 is now available, and you can download it right here.
As always, if you do download and install, be sure to backup your device and take all necessary precautions before you proceed. I will not be held responsible for any fubar-ing of your Bold, just sayin’. 
This is NOT an official release, so installation is done at your own risk. If you do follow through, be sure to let us know in the comments if you notice any major changes or notable improvements.
