SwamiCity unveiled 9 new iPhone travel applications, covering additional cities — including Miami, Orlando, Philadelphia, New Orleans, Dallas, Houston, Denver, Portland and Seattle.

In addition, the company has updated its existing apps that cover the metro areas of New York, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Atlanta, Chicago, Boston, San Diego and San Francisco. The updated apps come with an enhanced “Near Me” feature that now also lists nearby wireless internet (WiFi) hotspots. In addition, there’s a broader range of options such as the ability to sort by restaurant type and for instance locate the nearest Chinese or Indian restaurant. Finally, the apps have been slightly re-designed and now look much better.

As for the future SwamiCity’s plans, the idea is to keep pumping new city guides. Major cities coming soon include: Las Vegas, Hawaii, Baltimore, Phoenix, Minneapolis, Toronto, Vancouver, San Antonio, Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Paris, London, Jerusalem, Mexico City, Cancun, Puerto Vallarta, Acapulco and Cabo.

To grab the apps mentioned above, simply search for “SwamiCity” in the AppStore, or click on the cities linked above.
