Here’s one of those location-based apps everyone needs. It’s called Toilet Finder and as you can guess from its name, it will help you find a restroom nearby. There are more than 76,000 toilets from around the world in the database, though most of them are in France, England, Germany, UK, US and Canada. At the moment 400,000 users are relying on the app to… well, you know what they need it for.

The list of toilets is far from final, it keeps growing as Toilet Finder users can submit new places they find on their way. As a matter of fact, it is said that around 400 new places are included every week.

Every toilet in the database can be rated and for some of them there are photos included. Moreover, before “visiting the place,” you’ll know whether it’s a free or paid toilet and whether it provides access for disabled.

Toilet Finder is a free app and it’s available for the iPhone and Android. Hopefully, the company behind the project will also release it masterpiece for other platforms, feature phones included. After all, it’s not just the high-end smartphone users that need to know where’s a nearby toilet, right? 😉
