TripAdvisor is teaming up with Nokia to launch a mobile app and include its travel content into Ovi Maps.

Using the dedicated application, TripAdvisor for Nokia, travellers can search for popular hotels, restaurants and attractions in their vicinity, as well as find the cheapest airfares available. The app is available in 12 different languages, providing users with a “localised TripAdvisor experience.”

You can search for hotels and attractions by rating, distance and price; as well as post reviews while on the road.

In addition to the dedicated mobile application, TripAdvisor will also integrate its service into the Ovi Maps environment, enabling users to do many of the things the stand-alone TripAdvisor app can do.

It’s worth pointing out this isn’t the first third-party content/service integration within the Ovi Maps. Earlier we’ve seen Expedia and Time Out integrating their stuff in Nokia’s mapping app/service.

Finally, TripAdvisor is also available on other platforms, including the iPhone, Android and webOS; while TripAdvisor mobile website is compatible with all major mobile phones and smartphones.
