Apple iPad Now Shipping Within 24 Hours

If you’ve been following, wanting, needing and foaming-at-the-mouth over the iPad, you’ll well know that ‘production issues’ have long plagued the ‘magical’ device. Apple couldn’t produce the iPad fast enough to keep up with the demand, bringing forth production line concerns that had caused delays and frustrations to all that ordered. It looks like those issues could well and truly be quelled… for now.

If you take a look at the Apple Store you’ll notice the iPad is now shipping within 24 hours. So, if you live in a city without an Apple presence, or simply didn’t want to wait for the darn thing to ship… Order it today, and it’ll be on a plane within 24 hours from Shenzhen. For reals yo.

I’d been waiting for this day to come, as I’d noticed the shipping times had been dropping quite steadily over the past little while. From up to 10 days, then down to 3 or 5 days… and now… within 24 hours. Excellent.

At any rate, to place your order (or check the shipping times if you don’t believe me!) head on over to Apple.

Note: This applies to the US and Canadian iPad. If you’re in the UK, Australia or some other groovy part of the world where iPad is available… be sure to check your country’s Apple site for confirmation.
