Remember the AR.Drone quadricopter, Parrot’s super high-tech gadget we’ve seen at the CES? Well, it’s now available at all Brookstone mall and airport stores, more than 300 of them to be precise.

The initial AR.Drone shipment to U.S.-based Brookstone stores occurred over the Labor Day holiday, but at that time the quadricopter was available at select stores, only. Now it’s widely available and you can grab it either by visiting your local Brookstone store or online. If you opt for the former, you’ll be able to see experienced AR.Drone pilots showing some cool tricks to the (most likely amazed) crowd.

If you don’t recall what’s AR.Drone all about, here’s a short description of the product (from the press release):

The Parrot AR.Drone is a one-of-a-kind quadricopter that features augmented reality and is piloted using an iPod touch, iPhone or iPad device. The AR.Drone combines real and virtual worlds and offers consumers an exciting new flight and gaming experience. A front camera broadcasts what the AR.Drone is seeing onto the iPod touch, iPhone or iPad screen, offering an opportunity for enhanced reality games.

And if that’s not good enough for you, we have the AR.Drone demo video to share. It’s really awesome, enjoy it. ;)
