That tiny rendering of the unannounced Samsung Nexus S just won’t do, will it? How about some live shots of Samsung’s Android 2.3, T-Mobile-bound handset? Having a hand on it definitely gives some credence to the rumoured 4-inch screen size, and you can clearly see the front-facing video camera in the top-right. Some additional digging around Flickr, the FCC, and the Wi-Fi Alliance has revealed that the model number is GT-i9020, it comes with Wi-Fi b/g/n, AWS 3G that fits snugly with T-Mobile (and Wind Mobile, dare we to dream), and a 5 megapixel camera.

Seen from the profile, the Samsung Nexus S is relatively slim, but the real showstopper here will be the software on that big of a screen. It should butt heads pretty nicely with Verizon’s Droid X and the other similarly huge Android phones out there. At this point, Best Buy has all but announced the phone, so all we have to do is wait for a press release, and possibly some snazzy features that these leaks aren’t revealing.
