Motorola confirms the Verizon Wireless DROID BIONIC with 4G LTE and Tegra 2

  Why only 512MB of RAM? I thought we were over that.

      512MB of DDR2 ram which is 2x faster and more energy efficient than ddr1/ flash ram (the current standard). So yes, its not as much as it could be but its definitely an improvement over current 512MB phones. Google: ‘droid bionic ddr2 ram’ if you dont believe me.
