Microsoft launches MSN Onit, a guy’s app for Windows Phone 7

MSN Onit is a new mobile application for Windows Phone 7, made by Microsoft. Available as a free download, it’s designed as a guy’s guide, offering men’s lifestyle content from MSN and leading outlets like Esquire, Men’s Health and TheSmokingJacket.com. Here’s what you get:

  • Cars – Content from MSN Autos, including reviews, first drives and slideshows of the latest and greatest cars; ability to find a nearest dealer to schedule a test drive using Bing Maps.
  • Daily Wisdom and How To – Compiled from Esquire, Popular Mechanics and the New York Times best-selling “The Intellectual Devotional,” this section features small dose of enlightenment served on a daily basis, DIY articles and guides.
  • Eat & Drink and Local Events – Advice from Eat this, Not That!, Esquire, Men’s Health and Delish on MSN. Additionally, with Bing integration, you’ll be able to easily find best goings-on in your neighborhood, town, city or anywhere you might be traveling.
  • Entertainment, Music and Movies – Featuring content from MSN’s Last Night on TV, MSN Music, MSN Movies, TheSmokingJacket.com, MSN’s Parallel Universe and Wonderwall on MSN. Thanks to the integration with movietickets.com, you can buy tickets right from within the app.
  • Health & Fitness and Sports – Content partners include Bicycling, Fitbie on MSN, Fox Sports Flash, Fox Sports’ Lunch with Benefits, Men’s Health and Runners World.
  • Tech & Gadgets and Dollars & Sense – Pulls content from MSNBC.com Technolog, Esquire, LIFE.com, Men’s Health, Popular Mechanics, TheSmokingJacket.com and MSN Money.
  • Style and Beautiful Women – best in fashion and style for men and weekly look at the most beautiful celebrities & models from a variety of sources.
