A company called BabbleOn Technologies is literally “giving a voice to social media” with the launch of a mobile app called BabbleOn. Available as a free download for the iOS, Android and BlackBerry devices – the new application allows users to record messages and easily post them on Facebook and the BabbleOn Community.

To get going, log on to your Facebook account through the BabbleOn app, press and hold the talk bubble to record then choose to post your message either to your wall or your friend’s wall on Facebook.

Before posting to Facebook, you can first listen to your “babble” (recorded message) and determine whether to delete or start over again before beaming the message to the world. Your complete Facebook friends list is accessible from within the app and you can also add custom text to babbles, if you fancy so.

I liked this better when it was called “Snapvine” 4 years ago.

ipadio has been around for quite a while now and does the same thing via voice. The only difference is that you call a provided phone number, enter your pin, generate your voice message and it will be posted via your social networking site of choice.
