Remember that fight between Opera Software and GetJar with latter pulling out Opera apps from its app store? Well, you can forget about that. The two companies are BFFs again, and we expect to see Opera’s products topping the GetJar charts in no time. The reason is simple – the brand new Opera Mini 6 rocks, while supporting a number of platforms, including Android, BlackBerry, J2ME and Symbian. In total, it can be used on 3,000 devices, which is impressive!

Among the new features of Opera Mini 6, we highlight improved scrolling, panning and zooming; pinch-to-zoom on supporting devices; and easy sharing of content across social networks.

Finally we have “words of love” from both companies to share. Opera’s EVP of Consumer Mobile, Mahi de Silva, said: “I’m glad that Opera Mini is back in the GetJar store. We believe Opera should be everywhere and we love the fact that our fans will now be able to download Opera Mini again from GetJar.”

On the other hand, GetJar’s CMO Patrick Mork noted: “GetJar remains committed to offering consumers the best possible content regardless of category, phone or platform. Opera Mini has been a great partner and one of our top apps for many years and our users will be happy to have a bigger and better version of Opera Mini back in our store.”

And you can download Opera Mini from this page at GetJar…
