4 out of 5 doctors agree: the iPad is a great tool for healthcare

Remember those commercials telling you that 3 out of 4 dentists recommended a certain kind of toothpaste? They were pretty convincing, right? What if you learned that 4 out of 5 doctors were planning on buying an iPad next year? Would that sway your decision to get one yourself?

Aside from the curious – why is it that there is always one doctor or dentist who doesn’t want to recommend or endorse a certain product? – it seems that the iPad is finding more and more use in technologically dependent fields.

A new infographic shows that 4 out of 5 doctors want to buy an iPad next year, that 57% of U.S. customers are interested in wellness apps and that mobile usage between doctors and patients for real-time help and information is on the rise. But don’t take my word for it, see for yourself below.
