Vodafone working on its Facebook feature phone?

Although we don’t have this officially confirmed, we’re inclined to believe Vodafone is working on its own Facebook phone. From what we can tell (the leaked image Unwired View got hold of), the upcoming device resembles the ChaCha, but unlike HTC’s baby doesn’t run Android OS. Rather it’s a feature phone with a preloaded Facebook app and dedicated button to fire it up.

The rumor goes on suggesting the Big Red carrier will launch its Facebook phone in most markets it serves and will most likely give it away for free to anyone willing to commit on a contract. Moreover, the handset may also be available on Pay As You Go.

And that’s about all we have at the moment. No detailed specs, no availability date, just that small image on the left. We’ll keep following this story and as soon as we hear something new, you’ll be the first to know. Stay tuned…
