Sony Ericsson and Electronic Arts just announced some great news for all you Xperia Play owners out there. The two companies have put together an exclusive offer called “Get in the Game,” which gives users special access to four top notch EA game titles.
The games available for free download include:
- Battlefield Bad Company 2
- Dead Space
- Need for Speed Hot Pursuit
- Need for Speed SHIFT
Besides the games, the really awesome news is the fact that it doesn’t matter which carrier you’re with. So ,if you happen to have an Xperia Play on Verizon or be a recent owner on A&T you are covered. Now the way it works is simple, all you have to do is go to your Xperia Play’s on-screen Game Launcher, and it’ll show the four games available. Once you connect to a network, just confirm the download message that pops up, and just like that, you’ll have the four games on your Xperia Play.
Sony Ericsson has really out-done themselves with this token of appreciation to its customers. If you want to jump in on these games you’ll only have until January 15, 2012 to download them – that should be plenty of time for anyone getting an Xperia Play as a Christmas present.
