Motorola Droid RAZR up for pre-order on Verizon

It’s been a little over a week since the introduction of the Galaxy Nexus in Hong Kong, but on that same day the announcement of the Motorola Droid RAZR had gone down as well. Now Verizon has added the thinly-shaped device to the DroidDoes website for pre-order and release, which started at 8 AM today.

The Droid RAZR is an impressive piece of hardware. It sports a Gorilla Glass and Kevlar construction, 1.2GHz dual-core CPU, water repellent “nanocoating,” slim 7.1 mm profile and 4.3-inch Super AMOLED Advanced display. It’s also the first device to download full HD videos from Netflix. If you want to see the smartphone in action check out our hands on with the Droid RAZR.

The RAZR will sell with an unlocked bootloader, which for many hardcore Android fans who love to hack their devices should love. When it comes to getting your hands on this beastly device, November 10 is the date everyone is expecting in the U.S. This may be the same date other phones on Big Red may launch like the HTC Rezound (a.k.a the Vigor) and the Galaxy Nexus.

Okay, who out there is heading to Verizon to pre-order the Motorola Droid RAZR?
