Samsung will launch its Galaxy Y Pro phone as Galaxy Txt in the Netherlands. Aside from the name change, it will be identical device with a full QWERTY keyboard below a 2.6-inch QVGA screen. In addition, Sammy’s baby also rocks a 3-megapixel camera, Wi-Fi connectivity with Wi-Fi Direct support, Bluetooth 3.0, GPS and a microSD memory card slot. In other words, it’s one of those devices made for heavy texters who don’t want (can’t) spend a small fortune on their mobile phone purchase.
Unfortunately we don’t know how much the Galaxy Txt will sell for but we’re kinda confident it will be offered for free to anyone willing to put his/her signature on a not-that-expensive two year carrier contract…
