PlacePlay Ads is a hyper-local mobile ad solution that helps iOS developers make more money

We’ve already talked about PressOK’s PlacePlay solution in the past. Now the company expanded its service with the introduction of PlacePlay Ads, touting it as a hyper-local mobile ad solution that enables iOS mobile game developers to make more money (up to 10 times higher eCPM) by serving relevant, locally targeted banner ads.

Now there’s nothing new in location-based advertising. However, the problem is that in order to serve such ads, Apple requires that an iOS app actually provides some location-based features. That’s where PressOK shines as it enables developers not just to serve ads, but also to easily integrate some location-based features into their apps, eventually making them [apps] comply with the requirements.

When we know that by 2015 location-based mobile advertising will grow to $2.8 billion in the U.S. (BIA/Kelsey), we can clearly see PressOK is onto something. We’ll keep following this industry and as soon as we hear something new on this front, you’ll be the first to know. Stay tuned, k?
