Samsung recently pull the wraps off its next generation tablet, the Galaxy Tab 2. It was originally introduced in a 7-inch flavor and now the Korean company has unveiled a companion model in a 10.1-inch size. Both the 7 and the 10.1-inch Galaxy Tab 2 will be available with WiFi or  a 3G (HSPA? 21Mbps connectivity  850/900/1900/2100) option.

Beyond screen size and connectivity, the Galaxy Tab 2 will have a 1 GHz Dual-Core Processor, 1 GB RAM, 10.1-inch WXGA(1280×800) PLS TFT display and a 3 Megapixel Camera rear camera. There’s also a VGA front-facing camera or video chat, Bluetooth 3.0, and microSD expansion. The tablet is powered by Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich with Samsung TouchWiz, Samsung Live Panel, and a variety of Samsung apps like Samsung Hub and AllShare Play.

The Galaxy Tab will debut in March, starting in the UK. It will gradually roll out to other markets around the world.
