Scalado PhotoBeamer allows iOS users to easily show their photos on any web-connected screen

Imaging experts at Scalado launched a new iPhone app and web service called Scalado PhotoBeamer. Touted as a “new innovative and easy way to show your photos on any screen,” it allows iPhone users to show photos to friends and family by pointing their beloved smartphone at any screen displaying www.photobeamer.com. In other words, it’s a “modern era slide projector” that is available anytime, anywhere.

The web-based part of the service works on any display sporting a modern web browser, including desktop screens, projector screens, laptops etc. There’s zero configurations with no registration necessary, and you can beam your photos either via 3G or Wi-Fi connection — which means that the iPod Touch will work just as well. And thanks to Scalado’s progressive beaming technology, you’ll get the fastest possible experience even over slow connections.
