Absinthe 2.0.4 adds support for the iPad 2,4

The Chronic Dev Team pushed out another update to the Absinthe jailbreak tool that adds support for the iPad 2,4. This variant is the $399 iPad 2 which ships with a 32-nm chipset instead of the 45-nm hardware in the original iPad 2.

Because of the new hardware in the iPad 2,4, the original Absinthe 2.0 tool failed to jailbreak the device and required some tweaking from the jailbreak team. After a few days of work, the dev team worked out the kinks and rolled out an updated version of Absinthe (v. 2.0.4).

You can download the latest version of Absinthe from the Greenpois0n website. Happy jailbreaking!
