Microsoft is holding a Wednesday press event in San Francisco to discuss upcoming changes to Windows Phone. The Redmond company is expected to give us a sneak peek at Windows Phone 8, which will likely launch along with the desktop version of Windows 8. There also will be tidbits about Nokia Maps, Skype and Microsoft’s plan for legacy devices. You can watch a live stream of the event which kicks off at 9AM PT and 12PM ET on Microsoft’s Channel 9. When it’s over, head back to IntoMobile where we will have an analysis of the announcements.
