Samsung: We've sold 10 million Galaxy S III units thus far

Samsung has reached its goal to sell 10 million Galaxy S III units by the end of July, the company’s executives told to the Yonhap news agency. However, Sammy’s J.K. Shin didn’t confirm whether he was talking about sales to customers or shipments to retailers, which are two very different figures, the first being a much better indicator.

We’ve no doubts Samsung will kill it with the Galaxy S III despite the fact that there are different versions of the device selling in Europe and Asia, North America and South Korea, the last of which is the best (boasting 2GB of RAM and LTE connectivity). The phone has been available in Europe and Asia since May, and it became available in the U.S. in June. Overall, Sammy’s flagship is offered in more than 140 countries all around the world…
