Looks like Sprint will soon get a new Android smartphone from Samsung. Called Galaxy Reverb (model number SPH-M950), it reminds us on Verizon’s Samsung Jasper though it’s completely different beast under the hood. Unlike the Jasper, the Reverb is a mid-end device with specs that include a 1.4GHz single-core processor, 4-inch WVGA screen, 768MB of RAM, 4GB of built-in storage, 5-megapixel rear camera, 1.3-megapixel front-facing one, while Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is running the show. We’ve no idea whether it also comes with LTE connectivity or not. We do, however, think Sprint will ask no more than $100 for the smartphone on a standard two-year contract.
Finally, in case you wonder, our source is EV leaks, which Twitter account was taken down in the meantime. Does that prove something or what? Not sure what to think about it…
