Motorola may be looking to refresh its handset lineup for Verizon Wireless later this year. According to a rumor out of Hot Hardware, Motorola will release its Razr HD and Razr Maxx HD phones in October . This launch, says Hot Hardware’s sources, is a moving target and dependent on Motorola selling enough inventory of the current Razr and Razr Maxx.

Specs were not mentioned in the report, but previous leaks suggest the HD version of these handsets will mirror the originals, with the two sharing a similar set of core specs and different capacity batteries. Though the handsets have not been confirmed, rumors suggests that they will sport a 720×1280 HD display and 1.5 GHz S4 Snapdragon processor.

Hi Kelly I have a question for you do you think Google will invest in a future to make gsm version of the droid phones so they can be available in the rest of the carriers att t-mobile instead just on Verizon ?

Hope they fix the Ice Cream Sandwich glitch sooner than that. Ever since the upgrade, the battery life sucks worse than the incredible; processing is unbelievably slow.
