Yeah we know the LG Optimus Vu is coming to the U.S. having seen the leaked photos of the device with Verizon Wireless’ branding and now we have that information officially confirmed by the Korean company. In a press release saying that Optimus Vu sales have passed half a million units, LG revealed that its phablet device will be launching Stateside by the end of this quarter. In other words, we’ll see it released in the next couple of weeks.

Again, the LG Optimus Vu comes with a 5-inch XGA (1024×768 pixels) touchscreen, 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 SoC, 8-megapixel rear-facing camera, front-facing one for video calls and 32GB of internal storage.
