Asus is giving Transformer Pad TF300 owners a taste of some Jelly Bean (Android 4.1), according to a few out there who’ve received the update. This all started over the weekend when Asus hinted on its Facebook page that an upgrade “might” be coming. So the company is sending Android 4.1 to devices as we speak. We had an idea these updates would arrive sometime in the near future when the company a month ago said it was working on them.

If you’ve ever owned a tablet from Asus then you’d know how awesome the Taiwanese manufacturer is when comes to delivering on time (or early) updates. With this roll out to the TF300, we can only assume that the TF201 (Prime) and the TF700 (Infinity) updates will be coming down the pipe as well.

Let us know if you’ve received Jelly Bean on your Transformer Pad in the comment box!
