Verizon\'s LG Intuition aka Optimus Vu press render suggests September 15 announcement

By now everyone knows that Verizon Wireless will add LG Optimus Vu to its portfolio later this year. What we didn’t know, however, is that the Big Red carrier will change the name of the phone, offering it as LG Intuition. Why they want to do that is beyond me. Guess the idea is to differentiate their offering from the rest of the pack.

Anyway, we have the first press render leaked suggesting that the Optimus Vu aka Intuition could be officially announced on September 15th. That, at least, is the date on the phone’s screen, which we take as sort of evidence (which doesn’t necessarily proves a thing). Moreover, it says Chicago – 2 PM. Sounds pretty plausible to me though I guess we’ll have to wait for few more weeks to see whether we can trust these sort of images or not.

Again, the Optimus Vu is one of those phablet devices, too big for a phone and too small for a tablet. Samsung has its own such product – Galaxy Note.

The LG Intuition Verizon is about to get is a half-baked POS. It is
garbage. You have to be an idiot to buy a phone that ships with a stylus
made by a company that didn’t think far enough to include a place in
the phone to store the stylus. Verizon must think their customers are
    morons to offer this phone.

I can’t believe Verizon screwed up by not getting the Note AGAIN… ?
