At its press event today, Apple unveiled the new iPhone 5 with a 4-inch display and LTE connectivity. The iPhone will hit retail shelves on September 21 and will keep the same price points, with a 16Gb model retailing for $199, a 32GB model for $299 and a 64GB version for $499.
The iPhone will hit the US, Canada, UK, France and more on the 21st and will land in 100 countries and 240 carriers by the end of the year. Pre-orders begin this Friday, September 14th here in the US and other launch countries. If you’re in the market for the iPhone 4S, Apple will lower the price on the base model to $99.
