LG unveiled new Bluetooth stereo headset, the LG TONE+ (HBS-730), which is basically a beefed-up version of the original LG TONE (HBS-700) I have and love using it. The updated accessory supports VoLTE (Voice over LTE) calls, enabling the user to hold conversations in HD sound between VoLTE-capable devices.

But that’s not all – there’s also extended bass register that increases the available sound range, as well as professional grade audio codec, aptX, to deliver CD-quality sound.

In addition, the TONE+ also comes with multi-connection feature, allowing you to pair two different Bluetooth-enabled devices. Plus, let’s not forget Audible Pairing Assistance, Vibrating Call Alert, Audible Battery Status Alert, Mic Mute, and the ability to use the headset with LG’s own BT Reader Android app, which monitors incoming SMS and reads them out to the headset.

Battery wise, the LG TONE+ supports 15 hours of talk and up to 500 hours of standby time. It will be available in Korea, the United States and China by the end of this month in blue-black and white-pearl.
